GTNT Group Story
Top End Group Training is a not-for-profit organisation that commenced operations on 8 May 1989, starting with just one staff member and seven apprentices in a small office on Cavenagh Street, Darwin. In 2002, the GTNT Foundation was established to guide the organisation in achieving its social, environmental, and community goals.
Today, GTNT Group has over 60 staff across permanent offices in Darwin, Katherine, and Alice Springs, delivering employment and training solutions that support communities throughout the Northern Territory. Since our beginnings, we have assisted more than 6,500 apprentices, prioritising programs that help young people, First Nations apprentices, people with disability, and those facing disadvantage access sustainable employment and training pathways.
We continue to work in partnership with government, industry, and communities to deliver innovative programs that equip Territorians with the skills they need for the challenges of the future, while strengthening and giving back to the communities we serve.
