Dakota Leeโs apprenticeship journey began with Prelude to the Future Program 6. Shortly after completing Stage 1, he was given the opportunity to continue his electrical apprenticeship with O'Brien Electrical Winnellie. Dakota was also selected as one of the program leaders, a role that reflected his commitment to both learning and supporting others.

Before joining the Prelude to the Future Program, Dakota spent several years uncertain about which path to take. Moving to Darwin became a turning point, driven by his determination to gain real-world experience and build a meaningful future.
Throughout his journey, Dakota has drawn strength from the support of those around him. His parents provided a strong foundation, his best friend encouraged him to check out GTNT Group, and his supervisor, Ryan, has been an inspirational mentor. Ryanโs leadership, professionalism, and ability to balance responsibility with empathy have set a powerful example that Dakota aspires to emulate in his own career.
For Dakota, the most valuable part of the experience has been the people who have guided and supported him along the way. Their generosity has not only shaped his success but also inspired him to carry forward the same kindness and leadership to others.
